Hosting questions

Which cloud providers do you use?

We work with established cloud providers and recommend one based on your budget, performance needs and preferred region, in India or close to your users anywhere in the world.

How often are backups taken?

Daily by default, stored separately from the main server. More frequent backups can be configured for critical systems.

Can Odoo Community be hosted on the cloud?

Yes. Odoo Online is Enterprise-only, but Community runs very well on your own cloud server, which we set up and manage.

How much does Odoo hosting cost?

Server cost depends on users and data size; small businesses usually need a modest server. Our management fee is quoted separately and clearly, with no hidden charges.

Can you move our existing Odoo to a new server?

Yes. We migrate the database and files, test everything on the new server, then switch over at a planned time to minimise downtime.
